How are Pappadums cooked ? Deep Fry - Heat oil in a large deep pan or wok (200 C). To test oil, gently drop a piece of Papad in the oil, if it starts to expand and bubble immediately the oil is hot enough. Gently drop Papad one at a time, holding under the oil with tongs. Take out the Papad within 3 seconds (Papad turns an even golden crips). Place the Papad upright on a serviette to drain excess of oil and serve.... More »
